Can I DC as a Civil Affairs Officer?

I have a Bachelor of Science, just completed my MBA this year, and will hit 5 years of financial services experience soon.

I am looking into all branches for direct commissioning, and this one really excites me to more I read about it. The only thing it doesn't look like I hit is the post-Masters Degree experience. Do you think this is something that can be waived/ or is not a true requirement?
