Unsatisfactory Results

Hey all, I recently received my peri revision a month ago, and prior to that I had keyhole/peri over a year prior. I truly believe I did not qualify for the method of surgery my surgeon performed on me and I am currently seeking more specified knowledge/information about qualifying factors that determine if one qualifies for peri or not. (Any resources anyone could share would be greatly appreciated). Here are the results of both the first operation and the second. I do not have pre OP photos to show here.The post revision results as pictured here are approximately 1 week post op. I am super disappointed by both the first and second surgery so far. The tissue after the second operation looks much better, but is still asymmetrical and there's still too much excess skin and tissue. The fact that even after 2x operations there's still extra tissue makes me believe this method was not the correct choice for me. (Also my right nipple is much smaller because my right side had a drain malfunction and when they went to "massage" the area to remove fluid they busted my stitches which tore the nipple and caused the skin underneath to completely separate and re-heal over top of a lot of the nipple)
