Hotel recommendations February

Hey folks!

I've done some diligent searching for Bangkok hotels with rooms of good quality, near transport and with a preference for a rooftop pool or decent views. I've booked le D'Tel Bangkok for 3 nights, 2 rooms at 12k baht total, but I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations around that price or if anyone has stayed there and can provide an honest review. Reviews across the board seem pretty decent so far. For added context this is a fully refundable booking but I'm open to non refundable bookings if the place is particularly good.

Also, any good recommendations for local foods just south of Lumphini Park if we stick with this booking?
