Content Crashing Somewhere within the Video

So basically I'm recording content with OBS and after reviewing the footage it'll have the sound and everything, but it'll be frozen on a frame at like the 5 minute mark (just an example.) Are there any things I should look at for settings in OBS that might fix this or any other fixes? Another friend had the same problem, couldnt find anything on the internet.
