Public hospitals for foreigners near Suvarnabhumi?

I need the following services:

• x-ray to monitor fracture healing progress
• potential cast/slab replacement
• nerve/tendon/flexor exam or diagnosis

What’s a good and relatively cheap hospital I can visit near the airport for this, preferably with English-speaking staff? I saw Bangkok Christian and Chulalongkorn were recommend on some other threads, but they’re quite far.
