Blood work and lung nodules

Hi, I've posted before...sorry, am scheduled for my colonoscopy finally in 2 weeks thanks to everyone here.

I just wanted to ask if anyone can explain to me how lung nodules relate to Colin cancer since I have them.

I also tested positive for ca 19 9 blood work, did anyone else test positive?
