Does anyone else find the Jagex account system incredibly frustrating?

I've been trying to login to one of my OSRS accounts on my new Jagex account, but it's been telling me I'm getting the password wrong after multiple password resets and very VERY deliberate typing. Not to mention, the same email, but logged in with the Google button is a COMPLETELY separate Jagex account for some reason? So now I've got one account linked to the Google button, two to the email itself (???) and then one account that just can't be linked at all and being told DOESN'T EXIST AT ALL despite being able to reset its password. Just seems like it could be way more streamlined.

Like why is logging in through google, and logging in through email TWO different accounts in the first place?

YNM_Yellow is clearly an account that exists (or has existed at some point) and can still have its name changed so why does it appear to not exist at all?? I've even bought a bond for this account.
