Can we artificially alter the breeding grounds/beaches of sea turtles?
I was listening to the No Such Thing As A Fish podcast, and they said that due to climate change, and rising temperatures there are fewer male Sea Turtles being born. So if we took a few clutches of eggs from the beaches where they are laid, and moved them to cooler beaches, would those turtle return to the new beach as adults, and within a couple of egg laying seasons balance out the amount of male to female babies?
