Looking for EBikes

Howdy y’all, I just wanted to see your advice. I currently in the market for e-bikes but am not fully set on what to get. I have pretty much decided I would like to get a fat bike as I would like to bike more in the winter as well as they are able to be taken (somewhat) off-road. I’ve seen the Aventon Adventure 2 and it looks like a good all around bike. I am also trying to get one at a local bike shop because they need a bit more business even if it has a slightly hire premium. Budget it set to a max of $2000 as I am not a rich man but these gas prices are killing me here in colorado.
