2015 Altima SL - How urgent are these fixes

Hello!

I was in the Nissan dealership the other day and they had mentioned a few other items:

1. Throttle Body Service
2. Transmission Flush
3. Brake Flush
4. Fuel Induction Service

I got this quote at 65k miles, I’m at about 70k so not too far off. I know not all dealerships are out to nickel and dime but I’m wondering:

1. How urgent are these repairs? Is this something I can put off for a little?

2. How easy are these repairs to do with basic mechanical know-how and YouTube? I’m assuming I can’t do everything but I’m hoping I can do some.
