So many factors

Was on Depo for 8 years. Switch to the pill Estraylla in April of this year. My periods just now started to return. Now my OB switched me to norethindrone last month.... I was on my period and he didn't pull out (Sep 30th) idk if it's this new birth control but I am literally so nauseated every single day. Not a norm. I took three tests this week because I am so overly paranoid. All of them negative. Would I have gotten a positive if there was anything to worry about by now? I know there are so many factors but the paranoia something isn't right is killing me.
