Reupload song file + spotify artist account question

Hi guys,

I'm a bit overwhelmed with the information and would feel on ease if you could please help me. I accidentally had a wrong file uploaded , but at the edit page it doesn't seem to let me change the song file except for delete it. The song is set with release date on Nov 10. Would love to not loose anything else, but to only change the actual song file please.  

Secondly, I only thought about now that my current spotify that i use (which is a non - artist account, is under another other email adress . When I check the artist channel on spotify, it brings me to an emtpy spotify page,. Could you please clarify if this a new 'artist' spotify account? If so, how do I log into it? Or did I make a mistake by not filling out the other email adress for that account ?
