Not Driving deliveries at night

I have a policy for myself that as soon as the sunsets; my car is parked for the night. It’s just too hard to drive at nights when I can’t see the street signs. I can’t see the house numbers. And my stress level is doubled. For those who drive at nights, how do you do it ? The pickup at restaurants is easy at night but finding people’s homes in pitch black is just impossible for me. I would like to drive at nights to earn more money but my safety and the risks outweigh the opportunity cost.
