Insight on 2010 Mercury Mountaineer

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how these fair after 100,000 miles. With the way the used car market has gone, it hurts dropping $10,000 on a car with as many miles as it does, however it's one of the only cars in my area under $10,000 without significant rust damage.
