New to LPR

History: I am 37 and for a few months been having a sore throat with the lump feeling. I thought it was my xanax so I took the steps to get off the xanax. It's been a month. I also had an upper endoscopy and started ppis. After w months on ppis and not having a sore throat, I gained 10 pounds. Decided to get off. A week later throat issue is back with a vengeance. What do I do? I am using pepcid ac to not be miserable. Do I wait it out for a month and see if it's just rebound?
