3mg starting tomorrow, what to expect?

I take my first dose tomorrow morning. I am type 2 diabetic, but also am taking for the weight loss side effect. My doctor is keeping me on the Metformin, but taking me off the Glipizide. Can I expect nausea at 3mg? I know everyone is different.
