Ideal lock out temp for Bosch heat pump?

I have a Bosch bovb-36hdn1-m20g heat pump dual fuel set up. Currently I have a lockout of 35 degrees. I know this model can heat lower than that(5 F), but loses efficiency. I'm located in Chicago. Do you think I could set a lower lockout or is 35 a good temp?

Also how hot should the air be blowing out a vent when using a heat pump vs gas?
