Failed October NPTE 2023 first attempt. Anyone with me or advice?

I’m completely crushed. Cried so much knowing how hard I studied but maybe not hard enough. Knowing how much more time and money I have to put into this, but also will regret if I give up. I know this isn’t the end of my journey, and anyone else who’s experienced this before or is in a similar situation now. I know I can be a great PT. Test taking is not one of my strongest skills. Need to pass January’s. Who’s with me?
