What to do when your team is deep but lacks high end talent?

Title asks the question

In a situation where you have almost all rbs/wrs in the 10-25 range, would you blow it up, trade 2-1 to consolidate, or play the matchups in the playoffs & hope it works out?

In theory, trading 2 for 1 sounds like the ideal approach, but I’ve found it can be really difficult to convince people to give up an elite asset for 2 good to great ones.
