I think I accidentally cut my balls and a bit of my butt while shaving

yeah this is embarrassing but I need help.

gender: male, age: 15, no medication or anything of that sort. around 140 pounds, 5'3.

so basically, I was shaving in the shower a few days ago, and I guess I accidentally cut my balls and my ass and they hurt a lot.

My ball cuts are small and hard to see, however I've noticed, especially tonight they're pretty red and itchy, and hurt occasionally.

as for my butt, the cut is low and I believe it is along the crack itself. the problem is, the area gets really sweaty, itchy and irritated and I've noticed it only got like this after the cut.

I've been thoroughly washing and applying corn starch baby powder or Vaseline to help with the sweat, although it hasn't done much.

is this sweating normal while the cut heals or is there any way I can help it to heal?
