EVERYONE! DO NOT MLB OR CORE 7 RED HOOD JUST YET

Red hood has been proven to be mid because her burst multiplier is too low and currently under performed even when maxed out. So any of you intending on pulling mlb or core7 red hood for meta then HOLD until Shift up buff her B3.

And SHIFT UP I know your generous and all and we really appreciate ur attention toward the player base so I'm telling you this" BUFF HER or you'll regret this big time". I really had enough with nihilister and summer neon kit being trash but an anniversary pilgrim being weak? WTF are you doing SHIFT UP?
