Should I take the job interview?

Already did the first one over the phone. Got asked for a second in-person interview. Here's the thing, it's about 2 hours away. It's for a Technical Writing role. A role I am desperate to break into. They are not requiring someone with previous Technical Writing exp. and state they will train that person in-house. It's a start-up with about 10 employees and judging by their website, they seem to be wanting to hire about 10 new people, mostly Technical Writers, Instructional Designers, and Software Testers/ Quality Engineers. The interviewer did mention that " mostly nobody goes into the office unless it's an important meeting". They also advertise the job on the job board as onsite. I have been unemployed for about 10 months now, I am broke. Like I'm thinking about selling my plasma, broke.

I want to figure out how often I would need to go into the office. If it's 2-3 times a month, that would be fine with me. If it's 2-3 times a week, then it's a no-go. I live in a small factory town. There are no Technical Writing roles near me. There are no help desk roles either.
