Selective sync in Flexcil?

I have bought flexcil for both my iPad and Android smartphone. Sync feature syncs all the documents as it is in both devices, but I want to sync only specific documents and keep some documents separately on both devices. It would be really convenient if we were able to selectively sync a specific folder. Is there a way to do that?
