what am I supposed to do?

I am 15 as of now and have zero friends. I was taken out of school in the 3rd grade and moved away from anyone I met there anyway. Its been 5 years since I have actually spoke to anybody outside of my family. I sit at home alone all day everyday doing nothing. social anxiety isn't helping either. Ive only started posting here because I am actually going insane and if this keeps up for long enough Ill probably just end it. but I just don't know where to go from here, everything Ive tried has led to dead ends. I cant even distract myself anymore, no matter what im doing I can't think about anything other than my lack of social interaction and affection.
