Izzet Army Party

I recently decided to make an Izzet deck and use all my favourite Izzet creatures: [[Niv-Mizzet, Parun]], [[The Locus God]], [[Arjun, the Shifting Flame]], and my newest buddy [[Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph]].
Because of their return to hand ability I was leaning towards The Locus God as commander, but Starn’s triple ping and Arjun’s draws are also very fun. Starn seems like he’d buff Mizzet or Locus really well, but he’s less good on his own.

I was thinking I’d go fairly low CMC on all my other creatures since thats already four 2 color creatures. [[Curiosity]] is a staple with my potential commanders, and 3-4 counterspells seems wise.

I’m more trying to make a fun deck than a powerful one here. I want something that is different from Nekusar wheels or +1/+1 counter strats. Anyone have advice for which Izzet Legend would make for the most epic casual games?
