Listing a price on title/bill of sale when making a trade?

I am trading a friend of mine one of my firearms for his bike. He is not a prohibited person and has a valid CCW. The bike is probably worth 3k. The firearm I am trading him is worth about 1,100. He is hooking me up big time.

On the title & bill of sale, what do I put for the value since no cash is changing hands? I am in Ohio.

And does anyone know if I will have to pay any kind of sales tax when I go to register the bike in my name?
