[Help] I'm trying to figure out how to start off every girl slightly higher in the Y direction

I'm playing Honey Select 1 Final Repack 3. Girls always load slightly clipping into the floor. I have access to a shortcut menu that lets me change the girl's position in the Y direction slightly, but have to do it every time the H position changes or I use the arrows to change location in the room. It's always the same distance they need to move upwards. I'd be very interested in a way I could change some value in the game files to keep everyone by default at a higher height position. I don't know if, outside of Final Repack 3, people normally have access to files in this way. Any help is appreciated as always!
