Cheapest vapes in Reno?

I usually go to Lavis smoke shop in midtown and vapes are $23.99, $40 for 2.

Sunny’s on kietzke screwed me over, told me if I buy 2 they’d give me the 3rd free yet charged me for the 3rd. But each vape there was $25.99.

Anyone have any other recommendations? We usually buy elf’s, ijoys or orions. Any vape works though.
