Will my PC be able to play modern games?

Hello, I'm thinking about upgrading my PC. I mainly edit videos and play games like CoD and GTA, but I want to know if I should upgrade my CPU and/or GPU (or anything else) for better performance. Also, which upgrade would benefit me more?

My PC Specs

CPU: Intel i7-9700K

GPU: RTX 2070S

RAM: 32GB DDR4

MOBO: GIGABYTE B365M DS3H

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
