Logged in and my GP is gone?

Title. I logged in today and noticed it said I last logged in a few hours ago- I haven’t played since yesterday. Noticed my character is still in the same spot but my 1.3 mil is gone.. the hacker didn’t take any other items though? I was hacked but I don’t understand how?
