Been completely alone 3 coming up on 4 years

Hi all I'm 19 M been alone completely for 3 years now coming up on 4th year now when I mean completely alone I literally mean it eg no friends at all no relationships or anything. Reason being dropped out after high school for a business venture. I did have someone whom I was speaking to for about 7 months on a friend vibe she was involved in business with me same age but recently that's ended and figured out she was only really conversating because of business. But apart from that only person I had to speak to was my mom. And idk feel like going to be alone for a long while literally don't go uni or go out very anti social and the people I know In business are twice my age. Idk should I just accept that as reality and move on?
