Is sex education inclusive for people with intellectual disabilities? Why or Why not?

In your experience, is the current sex education curriculum inclusive of and made readily accessible to people with disabilities. More specifically intellectual and developmental disabilities? In what ways does it uphold ableist ideologies? Do you think eugenics plays a role? In what ways is it inclusive and made available? What changes could be made and where do these changes need to come from?
