Forgot to start and end a drop in

So I’m scheduled to do drop ins for this dog this week. Since I’m so used to going to the dog’s building, I sometimes forget about the app completely. Anyway, one of these times, I forgot to start a drop in for a dog. The owner is aware and can confirm I was there. Will this effect my payment?
