Fishy smelling stool?

First time I’ve experienced this! achy guts, gassy and diarrhea. They’ve done all the stool test they can think of. Everything is normal. Colonoscopy and endoscopy done as well, they found inflammation in my small intestine but biopsies don’t show anything abnormal, doc doesn’t think I have Chrons or ulcerative colitis. He just said IBS. I’m wondering if anyone else had fishy smelling stool? 😭
