Frustrated with job posters that never log back

I am so tired of people who post jobs and never check back into the platform after posting.

I am annoyed because if I knew that the user who posted would not sign back into Upwork at all, I wouldn't have wasted my connects on the job post.

Upwork needs to create a system where if the user never logs back in after the posting, we get our connects back. It's just so unfair, or at least have the system punish the person who posted as well.
