Why does the broadcast team switch out for innings 4-6 on 98.7?

I don't listen to AZ sports often, but I noticed the crew for the DBacks games on 98.7 switches out for innings 4, 5 and 6. Why do they do that? I've never heard any broadcasters anywhere else I've lived do that.
