Stuck re-entering the city of tears

So I just got the dream nail, and I return to the COT, and the doors are closed! I try to find other ways in but there are none! I look up how to get in, people say “theirs a ceiling passageway, INSIDE THE COT” And I havent activated any of the elevators from inside, so what do I do to get back in?
