How do I get my kitten to stop peeing on my bed?

I have a 4.5 month old kitten (I believe is mostly if not fully a khao manee, in case breed matters; we found him on the streets) who pees on my bed in protest.

If he is not played with when he wants to be, he pees. If he is not fed when he wants to be, he pees. If he is not held when he wants to be, he pees.

It doesn't matter if I did any of those things for a length period within the past few hours or if I fed him an entire can of kitten wet food, he just pees if I deny his requests.

He will only do it when I'm in the room but not watching. I have tried a citrus spray to cover my bed in which seems to briefly work, but sometimes I forget to reapply it or he'll pee when I'm doing laundry.

I'm a first time cat owner. What do?
