Syncing and looping in HC

Played in 1 game, kept looping so the first period probably took 15 real minutes. Disconnected in the second, game didnt count. Played another, looped once, but kept getting syncing screen every stoppage. Played for about 30 mins and it was only the end of the first, i was up 5-0. Had to quit because who has time for that? Can they please fix this game? So many small things ruin it
