Who is deciding on what races are available?wtf

Right now there is 1 open race....1. In spec there are 3 and 2 of them are what i would consider slow cars. The 1 open is also D, which to me is not fun. So if i want to race the only fast car class, i have one singular option, for what a week? very poor game design.
