If I keep my geckos indoors (my house gets around 60s lowest) and I get them a light bulb will they need a heat pad?

I live in Cali and the coldest it really gets indoors (without heating) is around 60, it can get hot outside but I think the inside stays around 70-80 in summer. If I get them a plant light will they need a heating pad? Or should I just be careful and keep fans off in winter?
