Different eartip sizes?

I’ve been using my quiet loops every night for several months now with the xs tips. They feel most comfortable, but fall out sometimes when I’m asleep. Doesn’t bother me too much, when I wake up I can find them again and put them back in.

I’ve also been using engage loops regularly, but with the size s tips. I’m afraid of them falling out and loosing them. But they slightly irritate my ears when I use them for more than a hour or so.

Today I’ve tried engage at home with the xs tips and they feel more comfortable and safe enough in my ears, but they blocked less noise? I actually felt they didn’t block enough and put the bigger eartips back on.

Are my ears just in between the two sizes? Would it help to get mutes to add for the missing sound blocking with smaller eartips?
