Worried 6 year old daughter has breathing issues too

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea this year and I am currently on CPAP. What I am noticing recently is that my 6 year old daughter becomes extremely sleepy through the day, especially so in moving vehicles, and her sister now complains that she also snores quite a lot. Frankly I am worried that she inherited apnea from me. Do little kids develop apnea too? How do I rule it out? Can sleep studies be done on them? TIA
