Claims for visits I didn’t make?

Claims/Providers

I’m not sure if this is an issue or not. If at the end of the day it’s not going to affect any future claims, I don’t care enough to make a big deal out of it. Last year, I went to an allergist and had a series of allergy shots. I finished the course of shots last fall. I got new insurance through work this spring. Earlier this year I got a call from the allergists office asking if I wanted to come in for follow up shots. My allergies have been in great shape so I declined, but I must have given them my new insurance information. I haven’t gone to the doctor at all this year until last week, when I had my annual physical and blood work. I logged into my insurance portal for the first time when I got the email about my claim being processed, and noticed two reported visits for injections from my allergist, that I didn’t attend. Do i need to do any follow up? There were no charges on the visits, when I had to pay a $12 copay for each injection last year.
