Could anybody help me get the Viskam?

I've been resetting for hours trying to get that thing to no avail. I want to get one for my 100% run so that I have every weapon.

Since there is an ingame option to prioritize units that have been sent from people that you have registered as a friend on your Nintendo Switch to appear, would anybody that has the Viskam be kind enough to set it as their local specialty and add me as a friend? If you just copy your save you won't even lose your own Viskam doing that.

My friendcode is: SW-6834-8301-6417
