38m bicurious and want to talk

I am 38m and have been bicurious for a long time. Due to how I was raised I have never acted on it besides hand stuff and recieving head. But I am mainly interested in bottoming and trying giving head. Do you have any advice for a first timer? I am very nervous and appreciate any words of encouragement!
Like I said I have thought about this a long time but am very nervous.
