They really need to fix the performance in certain areas.

I got a decent PC and can handle a hybrid of medium/high settings. I get around 50-60 fps on most of the beaches and jungles near red and green obelisks. But in other areas the game absolutely tanks. The snowy area I immediately drop to around 30-40 fps, and the swamp is almost unplayable. Can barely get 15 fps in there and all of the lighting/shadows essentially disappear and I’m left with a blurry screen.

Did they not test this? Major chunks of the map are essentially unplayable, making it extremely painful to progress since I just have to sit through a laggy/blurry mess to explore key areas. Totally ruins the immersion.
