Worth upgrading from an RTX 2060 with I7-3770k to R5 5600x?

Hello! Recently, I've been playing a lot of Cyperpunk (among other things but mostly Cyperpunk), and even on 1080p with the lowest settings with DLSS on, I'm averaging around 50fps in the least intensive areas. It's not a massive deal for me because my monitor is only 1080p 60HZ, but I noticed while using MSI Afterburner that my 2060 was only at around ~40% usage while my 3770k was in the 95-100% range. Sometime down the road I would like to build a new PC from scratch but that may be a while, so do you guys think I should just continue saving up for that, or should I go ahead and upgrade my CPU and motherboard? It was my birthday recently, and my dad has very graciously agreed to split the $320 with me if I decide to do it. What are your guys' thoughts? Thank you in advance!
