Cursor not locking after closing overlay.

Im currently trying to get reshade to work in crysis 3 and noticed that when I close the overlay, my cursor is unlocked and goes to my second monitor. I had the same issue in crysis 2 but alt-entering worked but it doesnt seem to in 3. Any solutions?
