Kinda out there... best vehicle for fibro?

I was diagnosed with fibro a while back and I've been in denial. I'm sure we've all been there? My fibro presents itself in fatigue, muscle spasms, and leg muscle weakness (mainly on my left side). I've been driving a tiny mitsubishi eclipse manual transmission car for the past few years...its finally time to get a new vehicle. Hear me out, i know this may be odd. Or maybe not, because im talking to others who may have similar issues? Anyways... it's so difficult to drive my car. Pressing on the clutch with my left foot, even moving my left leg to get out of the car, is just too much for me. Even changing gears with my right hand can be a pain in the butt. I have been thinking I want an suv because I could step down out of the vehicle and maybe that would help. But I think a sedan is obviously a more economical choice. So here I am hoping some of you have had similar symptoms and can give advice. Shoot, It might help with my denial just to see that someone else understands what I'm saying. 😆 So... any advice on a good vehicle, for cheap, with good mpg, for a gal with fibro that effects her limb strength?
